The company didn't need even know until 2 weeks before that they had landscape options and they're both 5 grand. It was a pet friendly option and a patio bbq option We have 1 shepherd and husky so we got the pet friendly backyard with horse grade tough grass. Within 5 minutes of closing just by running on the grass it completely ripped and was ate up. It never got time to set. The entire thing is surrounded by rocks that cut out dogs feet and make them bleed. The irrigation system floods everything leaving us with puddles. And theres like 15 small bushes that serve no purpose but for our dogs to destroy. It's not pet friendly at all and it's a disaster They messed up a ton of stuff on the house, paperwork, missed their own made deadlines, they didn't show up to their walkthroughs from lack of a communication between themselves. They were supposed to show us how to use everything. Our whole block is starting to get done and they're all moving in this month and they're experiencing the same problems. I feel like I have a solid case here for at least getting this backyard fixed --- Cubs, Rockies, Grizzlies, Patriots. |
