Ocarina of Time was better. 2nd half was great but the first part where it's basically a shit tennis match is, well a shit tennis match. Breath of the Wild was probably the best that I played, in terms of fighting Ganondorf/Ganon. Great scenery, epic fight, doesn't drag on for too long. The 2nd half was way too simple though. Personally, for my money, I liked Skyward Sword's endboss. Even though it was Ganon/dorf, it was still awesome and had a great challenge to them that the rest of the bosses I mentioned don't have.
