If you didn't like RPGs, a lot, there wasn't actually that much to play. Don't get me wrong, it had some games that seemed pretty good, like the Tomb Raider games, although most of them I only played briefly. There was so little to play, apart from those RPGs. You know, I owned every console of that generation, apart from the PS1. Had a good time with my Saturn, an excellent time with my Dreamcast, and an amazing time with my N64. Another funny thing: the PS1 outsold the N64 by a ratio of about 3:1, but most of the people I went to school with, had the N64. These people had good taste. Well yeah, you're trying too hard to be edgy. The PS1 is better than the N64 was in every way that we judge games now. Bigger library, better controller, more innovative, better third party support, etc. --- |
