The offensive rule doesn't really get enforced by what's written in the TOU a lot of times. Mods will delete plenty of things here that are safe for work/school because they're politically incorrect and upset a lot of the sensitive users who will always mark them. Fact of the matter is most of us on gfaqs are over 18 and gfaqs did away with banning most curse words.
