No matter where you go, you cant really hide. The track will always connect you to a piece of land that zombies can come from. A small enough bridge just means that they can come from two directions, but there will still be space enough on the sides for them to walk next to the train.

And it depends on what type of locomotive you find. Around here it is pretty much impossible to find anything that is not an electric train that gets electricity from wires above the track, which will be pretty much fucked after an apocalypse.
Steam locomotives need coal, and you are extremely vulnerable in the open cabin it got. Sleep in a wagon and discover that the locomotive is filled with zombies? Good luck getting anywhere.
A diesel locomotive is the best option, especially if you find a diesel wagon that you can pull. You still need to drive to locations that you can loot so you can survive, and in the end you will have to abandon it somewhere.

I like Batman, but I do agree that he's overused. Currently he's got 'Batman', Detective Comics, the Metal comics, mini-series like 'Batman and The Signal' and that Telltale tie-in, and All Star Batman (might have ended now?). Plus he's a main character in Justice League AND the leader of Justice League of America AND regular appearances in Super Sons AND occasional appearances in Nightwing and Titans.

Most of those characters already got comics, the rest have had comics that sold too bad.

That Marvels Captain Marvel merged with DCs Captain Marvel to create Captain Marvel was just the best thing ever.

Captain Marvel, now known as Shazam, was created by Fawcett Comics in the 40s.
DC sued the hell out of them because they said that he was a copy of Superman, won and bought Fawcett Comics.
The Captain Marvel trademark ran out because DC never used him, and Marvel decided to create their own Captain Marvel as a fuck you to DC.
So they make their Captain Marvel appear, or creates a new one, every couple of years just to keep the right to it.
The modern Captain Marvel has earlier been known as Ms. Marvel, Binary and Warbird, and has been a member of pretty much every superhero team in the Marvel universe.

Dragon Balls are as powerful as who created them.
Kami talks about the early Earth balls.
The Namek balls are more powerful and might be able to bring back somebody that been dead longer.
And then Dende recreated the Dragon Balls, which were stronger than the early Earth balls.
And then we got the planetsize balls that restored a whole planet, filled with life, in a whole different universe. That planet must have been destroyed for a long time by then.
And even if it wouldnt work, we got time machines and alternative timelines where dead people can be picked up from before they died if we really want to bring back people.
As for why...
...Goku got no reason to do it. Just look at what kind of father he is. He got absolutely no reason in trying to bring back his father because;
(A) he dont care about family ties, and
(B) if he want to revive somebody that he can train it, he would pick the strongest Saiyan, which to his knowledge is the legendary first SSJGod.
Bardock? Who is that? My father? Was he as strong as the first SSJGod? No? Then I dont care.
Vegeta... his pride gets in his way. He would see his father as a weakling and be ashamed that Goku is still stronger than himself.

There's so many other implications beyond this

"Why yes, we have DNA and so we've determined the suspect is from this family. Let's limit the search down to the 18-30 year old men." Factor in other profiling issues and basically? It's liable to get a lot of innocent people unrelated to crimes killed or arrested because of things they didn't do.
