Personally I've been emetaphobic my whole life and this sounds like a living hell to have to endure. You posted about your caffeine intake just as I posted my comment... My guess after reading that is that you're intolerant to something in your drinks, but since caffeine is an addictive substance you might feel kinda bad without it (ever hear of a caffeine headache?). Try cutting back, but if the vomiting keeps happening enough that it impacts your overall functionality and worsens anxiety I'd go see a doctor. Eating meat is necessary for survival, a lot of early cultures would pay respect to the animals they had to kill by making sure it was done quickly and using every part of the animal afterwards. Did you know that some people in China treat their cows like royalty up until they slaughter them? Animals kill and eat other animals in the wild to survive. Sometimes a carnivore will eat berries to balance their diet, sometimes a herbivore will do the same -- I've seen a video of a deer eating a baby bird that fell out of it's nest. We cannot pretend like nature is so cut clean and that it is all beautiful, if we are going to respect nature then we have to accept even the ugly parts of it and find beauty in that. Saying otherwise implies that human beings are above nature, which in and of itself is disrespectful. In history some old kings would put on shows where they killed lions to show how they were in control of nature. I fail to see how the Native American who kills and eats animals for survival is more of a murderer than those kings. Eating meat does not make you a murderer, it makes you a part of nature. NPCs outright telling you where to go and how to get there. Enemy weak points that are plainly obvious from the outset of the battle. Puzzle solutions that are discolored or glowing. I understand people saying that if it is too hard then they can't enjoy it...but for me it's the opposite! I am a stubborn person who sees things as a personal challenge, and nothing comes close to the satisfaction of conquering something after really working hard at it. You beat your game before me because it wasn't as hard, well congratulations, but I'm happy as hell just from my one accomplishment, possibly happier than you -- and I still have more to do.
