I agree with the second part of this, but it's still possible for some people to accomplish their dreams depending on what they are. Very few people get to accomplish their dreams while still young. And to be honest, 30 isn't even that old when you consider that people nowadays are living into their 80s.
You have to keep talking positively to yourself no matter how shitty and inept you feel, otherwise you'll start wanting to die.
