Studies show that people have bias against racial groups they do not belong to when they don't have regular personal experience with them, and generalize based on anecdotes. It's why people who live in demographically homogenous places have much more negative feelings towards black, hispanic, and Muslim people. Just pointing out the irony. You're talking about biases and minorities yet you don't bring up Asian-Americans even though Asian-Americans have practically no representation in the US.

"Asians are successful therefore the position of the black community is solely it's own fault". How ignorant. Muslims are successful too. Doesn't mean I can't reference them to point out prejudice.
