I was venting to my supervisor the other day about how Im barely managing not to assault my roommate and how I have a strong desire to kill her if I wouldnt get caught.

I was just reading online how health professionals have to report if someone mentions an urge to rape someone specific.

I recall when I was talking with my college advisor that she said shed have to report me when I mentioned I had plans of suicide.

Do the same rules apply to murder? Im sure my sup wouldnt, shes cool. But Ive been careless on who I trust if so.

Yup, that's exactly why I cut you off. First thing I have to do is press the size, so EVERYTHING you say until you say the size has to go into my memory. If your wondering why your drink has ice, it's because they are a bit behind you (since we don't know your order, you do) and they missed the no ice part since they were thinking about no sauce. This entire thing would be fixed if you said "medium 10 piece nugget meal..." and then they can keep up as you speak.

So if there's an order more complicated than yours, let's say a "quarter pounder meal with no pickles, extra onions, half the mustard, double the ketchup, big mac sauce....". Are you saying I should let them finish before saying what size or else I have shit customer service? Because that's a lot to memorize just for them to repeat it to make sure I'm right. Then the conversation goes "what size?" "medium." "OK so that's a quarter pounder with no pickles and...what else?" that's a huge waste of time for everyone. Just tell me that size up front and there is almost a guarantee there will be no mistakes.

You think interrupting someone just to go 2 seconds faster is an efficient decision? Maybe if the food was always ready for each car and there was never wait time.

Interrupting people is extremely rude, period. If your computer system sucks, thats another issue. At my job, I could put in solo items, and then add them as a meal after.

After working in 2 different fast food places for a total of 6 years, most customers do not tell you a size until you ask. And for the places I worked at, the size was the first thing I had to push on the register to even begin the order, so once you move to the next item on your list, I'm interrupting you to ask what size. "What size?" was probably said more times than my standard greeting to customers.

SOMEHOW I get cut off before I even finish. Somehow my drink still has fucking ice in it. Somehow the dude at the second window just hands me my food without even saying shit. And somehow my nuggets are stale as fuck.

Im the most patient, understanding customer youll find precisely because Ive been in their shoes. But tone, and your lack of giving a shit gets old.

Kids these days have no clue how to be polite. I dont care how long you deal with crappy people. Stop treating EVERYONE crappy. Its just a cycle.

Ive gave mild attempts in the past, but I cant bring myself to consciously document every somewhat important event in my life for viewing pleasure.

I also have a hard time liking or commenting on something mundane. Especially since it seems most people focus on themselves a lot. Like instead of showing a picture of the location, its them BLOCKING the view of the location. But the post is apparently about the location.

But Im going to try to break into the entrepenuer business and I feel like its practically impossible without social media. People dont ask for numbers anymore really either. Its all instagram and stuff.
