Also the difference between having your actual money spent vs having charges on your credit card seems like a pretty easy choice if you're the victim of fraud.

not really, the credit card company can still force you to pay/file bankruptcy/garnish your wages if you don't pay your credit card bill

So when you're disputing $5K in charges would you rather have $5K missing from your bank account or $5K in charges on your statement while the dispute is ongoing?

The point is the credit card gives you extra protection while a debit card you are out money from your actual bank account during this process.

And no shit if you don't pay your debts then they will put you through collections I don't see how your post is a logical reply.

lol did you even read my post if the news station hadn't responded to her complaint, the credit card comapny would have garnished her wages and forced her to pay her $138,000 of fraudulent charges.

People who are afraid of credit cards recognize they lack self control or are just uneducated about their benefits (or both).

What an ignorant statement. Anyone who owns a credit card is risking financial ruin. Just google "credit card fraud claim denied." Here's one example. She had a credit limit of $500 but a fraudster somehow racked up $138,922.00 in fraudulent charges and then TD Bank denied her fraud claim.
http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/british-columbia/td-customer-fraud-unhappy-1.4341899

You realize the same kind of shit can happen with a debit card right? Also read the whole article, the bank ended up dropping it.

only because the news station they contacted responded back to them and helped them follow up with the credit card company. If it happened to you and you tried contacting the news for help you would be IGNORED and forced to pay or go bankrupt

or, you know, file a claim

did you not read the post? TD Bank denied their fraud claim.

I don't. Eating at McDonald's is akin to nutritional slavery.

What an ignorant statement. The bun on a burger contains vitamins such as thiamine (B1), riboflavin (B2), pantothenic acid, inosotol, P-aminobenzoic acid, folic acid and vitamin B6. Beef is an excellent source of vitamin B12 and very good source of protein, niacin, vitamin B6, selenium, zinc and phosphorus. It is also a good source of choline, pantothenic acid, iron, potassium and vitamin B2. Onions are high in vitamin C, and are a good source of dietary fiber, and folic acid. They also contain calcium, iron, and have a high protein quality. Think before you speak.

I remember when I started in the (mandatory) pension program at my current job. It took out nearly 200 bucks a paycheck, on top of all the taxes already.

I already made basically minimum wage so damn did that hit hard. It finally lowered itself to around $70 and I'm sure it's going to increase shortly, but honestly it's something I could do without

you make no sense a pension is money the company is giving you why would they be taking it from you unless you mean 401k deduction

Report her to HR. This is why women should not be allowed in the workplace. Men are focused on making the sale, producing, completing a task, improving production. A woman comes into the job and she's over there with a fucking notepad going that guy pussy, that guy hot, those two guys over there want me but I don't want them and I can use them to advance my agenda. It's how saps are fucked with. A women comes in and wants to know which men are interested in her sexually. With a lowering of the lip, a show of some teeth, a shake of the tail feather, and the man responds to her advances and then your companies best sales man gets fired for sexual harassment because she wants his spot. And the company can't fire her without facing a retaliatory lawsuit. If you want to ruin your business hire a woman.

Generally speaking, the man is the breadwinner. What a woman brings to the relationship is her youth. The problem is her youth is a fragile and diminishing resource. This is why women try to marry as soon as possible so they get to claim ownership of the man's assets and don't have to end up a bag lady when they become old and no longer attractive.
