I feel like Omega vs Cody really suffered from having to stop all of its momentum sometimes to hit specific spots to further the Being The Elite storylines. The work was very good but the match was disjointed.

Dalton vs Scurll was fine. I think starting the match over 5 hours into the show hurt it. Also suffered from WWE babyface syndrome where he takes an irrational amount of punishment then wins with one move.

Just finished Takeover. Great show. Definitely better than the ROH show

For those that didnt watch the ROH show, it had plenty of good matches but it went WAY too long, and had some of the worst agent work Ive ever seen. So much similar overbooking!

Three matches out of the last 5 had table spots

Three matches out of the last 5 had outside interference

Three matches out of the last 5 involved Flip Gordon

Two matches out of the last 3 had fuck finishes

And on top of that there was an AWFUL Bully Ray heel turn on Cheeseburger of all people

But props to the opening 3 matches for all being straight up good-great. Chuckle vs Gresham was satisfying technically, Punishment vs Ishii was hard-hitting like it should be, and the aforementioned Ibushi vs Page match was excellent.

No police officer wants to shoot someone even if justified, if for nothing other than the amount of strain it is going to cause on their life after the fact.

Much less strain than a civilian would receive BTW

Police are held to much lower standards than regular folks are when it comes to threat assessment in a shooting situation

The guy pulled a shotgun on an officer at point blank range, so yea you are going to grab it and wrestle it away. If he would have pointed it at an officer say 10 feet away then 100% he would have gotten shot as well.
