Personally, I prefer the DS3 to the DS4. It has better weight distribution and joysticks imo. I think that the XB1 controller is a nice evolution from the 360. I am also a huge fan of the asymmetrical joystick layouts.

I do not know of your gaming habits, but if you play online, Microsoft has the better infrastructure in place and enables cross-play when applicable. If you play online but really just with friends, you might want to consider getting what your friends have.

Swapped Valkyria Chronicles for Turmoil for the strategy game and put the former at JRPG.

I already have games in place for 2018 and new series, but since it doesn't seem likely that I will beat a fighting or rhythm (could do Child of Eden), I will need to do a 25+ hour game.
