People have reported beating the game without killing any npc's. What suppose to happen was the same concept as the little sisters from Bioshock, the less little sisters you kill (npc's) the harder the game is suppose to be. Seems they failed in that aspect, but I do enjoy the fact that this game is trying to do something different and that honestly deserves more praise since a lot of AAA games now are playing things safe. The fact everyone in the game has their own personality and story, and you have to choose what to do. To get xp, you have to feed, to feed kills that character in the game permanently and can have ripples down the line. Obviously you can feed on everyone and go for the most evil possible ending, but you can beat the game never feeding once. You'll be severely limited in combat though. --- |

It got to the point where I couldn't bear to listen to the characters talk anymore. There were also a ton of performance bugs. The gameplay is fine, though. It was like the opposite of ME1. Instead of pushing through the subpar combat of ME1 to get to the story stuff, in Andromeda I ended up mashing through dialogue to get back to the combat. Yep --- |
