Those two people just killed someone in a car wash. They shot at his vehicle and shooting out the car while they are fleeing. They were in an empty street heading towards a school. The situation suckd bad but he did what he had to do. He got one suspect there. He prevented another casualty

So what exactly made him think that firing into the back of a full size SUV at least 50 ft away, through his windshield, with a fucking handgun, while driving down a hwy at high speeds was a good plan?
