Thanks for the help. I only have some college... I currently build and test gearboxes for Aerospace. I have been there for 10+ years and get paid the same as people just starting out in similar companies/positions. The place is ran by dipshits and is full of racists and morons. I thought I could hold out since the actual job is not that bad for the most part. The people and the leadership is absolutely horrendous and is almost in the realm of unreal. I can do pretty much any job as long as the people are respectful. The people there are just... bad... They are bad people and it is breaking me apart... I can't be there much longer.
