You dont see how its disrespectful because you have never been in the military, if a green beret really told him that, which I highly doubt, he was wrong

Again, let's use child separation as an example - it's legally mandated to separate them, and the dog-kennel-style cells were literally created by the Obama administration. But by not working with black men (in any other industry this would be undeniably racist), she's fueling the notion that there's something different, perhaps inferior, about having sex with black men. That's textbook racism, regardless of whether or not she personally has anything against black men or black people in general.

And Alexis Texas is a big enough star that she could work with whomever she pleases without hurting her career.
