And even checking the psa is controversial. Ultimately the recommendation is to discuss on a case by case basis the risks and benefits of checking. If they hve a family hx or are African American i push alil harder towards doing it. I've stopped doing DREs really for prostate screening unless it's a high risk patient who comes to me with symptoms of prostate enlargement or elevated psa --- literally the pacers |

I think like <5% of em smoke cigarettes and its only when they're drinking and chilling at night, its not like they need to step out to have a smoke in the middle of work. I dunno, its just crazy to me. maybe cuz im not a smoker, i prefer alcohol. both will increase your cancer risk I guess. I'd venture to guess that smoking will increase it more than alcohol while small amounts of alcohol can decrease your risk of diabetes. but to each his own --- literally the pacers |

The first time we did it we randomized picking order and it was countries only and no repeats. It was fun but there was too much demand to allow ppl to pick any team. We allowed any team the second time and it went fine. I'm all for randomizing order but it'd have to be any club or countries only. Restricting 1 league sounds fun but unless ur a top team ppl will complain. Again it's highly competitive, pretty much all 10 players are division 5 or above --- literally the pacers |

Top 2 in each division go on to knockout stage. A ton of shit talking. We have 1 TV. Ideally it'd be double round Robin on 2 TVs and another projector of some kind for live standings updates.
