When you don't own the property you kind of have to put up with some shit. Giving the landlord a lifetime grudge is not a good route. most states have rules regarding things such as this. The tub is cracked it is a safety hazard and a mold hazard it needs to be fixed and one day is a small amount of time to ask to do it. This is assuming it's completed within the next day. Fair point but a bathroom that small shouldnt take very long. Heck the toilet and sink could be put in in under an hour. That makes it more fucked up they stuck him with a 24 hour time frame. I agree it ain't right but you don't shit where you eat....or in this case shit? Well tubs take a while longer as they are not fast to replace, but still not a huge amount so one day should be good, but it may need time to dry before becoming useable. --- Water+Fall=Radiation.
