But he still doesn't have dozens of former bodyguards, investors, and business partners' ghosts trudging behind him with accusing fingers. Make Donald Trump mad, and he'll mock you openly. Make a Clinton mad, and you'll fall down an elevator shaft onto six bullets from two different guns with a suicide note written in Chinese stuffed in your mouth.

Buy a recent car so I don't have to worry about the engine falling into the driveway every time I start the car.
Get eye surgery.
Get a broken wisdom tooth removed.
Buy houses and cars for people who have helped me in life, or pay off their debts if they're already otherwise doing well.
Build an estate somewhere on the periphery of nowhere (don't want to have to drive 90 miles to get groceries).
Give the house I had previously bought, to somebody else.
Invest, invest, invest.
Increase my arsenal.

Work for any large company in a customer (or idiot management) facing position, and lying will be the order of the day. But not necessarily in the way you may imagine. You will lie and blame system issues for what was clearly caused by another person's stupidity, especially when you can get fired for identifying a consistent -up who works for the company in a position that appears to be a company-sanctioned saboteur.

Low and unskilled labor positions are near impossible to get if you have an IQ above 70, because who wants to hire someone with the potential to leave for better things than a deadend job? The market is saturated with people seeking such work, and employers can and will reject anyone for even the most trivial of reasons. Getting a degree won't help. You'll overqualify yourself out of even more jobs, and anything in your field will be full of lifers, or outsourced to somewhere you wouldn't even visit with an armed entourage in most cases.

Two best tips I can give:
LEARN A TRADE.
DO NOT LEARN CHINESE.

Police are trained to believe that every random jagoff is a trained assassin, waiting for them to slip up. Fear of reprimand for NOT shooting first has caused more than a few officers to be murdered at vehicle stops involving headcases, and those incidents are utilized to further impress upon officers the idea that everyone is out to kill them at all times of day. If the only people you ran into on a daily basis outside of your family, friends, and maybe a few coworkers, was violent or otherwise criminal garbage, wouldn't you believe the training? Confirmation bias is powerful. Not that most people aren't horrible at their core.
SWATters should be charged like anyone else who solicits murder for hire.

Microsoft unintentionally (?) broke Windows 95 by including a defective DLL with IE 5, but with some fishing around, you can replace that DLL with one that was in a beta of IE 5, that retains compatibility without freaking the system out.
Just look for win95comctlfix.zip online, if you still use Win95 to screw around. The issue is not present in Win98 or later versions of Win9X.

If you want to get some history on computers, I recommend watching episodes of The Computer Chronicles, in chronological order. Amazing how some of the predictions made in the eighties came true.

I have a TG-16 I lucked across at a yardsale about 15 years ago for $10. Got Bonk's Adventure at a local game shop for $15 or so, and the multitap thing for another $20 on ebay. Then a Turbo Everdrive. The system has been in a box next to my chair for about 6 years now.
If you're pining for a TG-16, you're going to be at least $400 into it if you want to have any fun. You NEED the CD system, so unless you're buying a PC Engine Duo R and an Everdrive, you can skate with a TG-16 or PC Engine, and the Super SD System 3. HuCards cost a mint, and so do CD games. Don't even think about getting the arcade card.

Zeus posted...
Well, for starters, it enriches those at the top while devastating the most vulnerable in a society. It's not even necessarily good for the nations where the labor goes, considering that it can introduce a slew of issues into the society while giving foreign interests the power to challenge the national sovereignty (not to mention increased pollution). There are benefits as well, though, such as cheaper goods and opening up new markets. However, nations with abundant natural resources tend to do better under nationalism because the lowest rungs of their society are supported whereas globalism is terrible for low-skill and moderate-skill labor.

Granted, in the super-long run, we may *eventually* hit a stage when living standards are much closer among nations at which point it won't merely be pricing out labor.

Absolutely correct. People want cheap everything, and they're going to need it, when they can't make more than minimum wage, with their part time job, due to the job market being over-saturated. When McDonalds can round-file applications on whims unrelated to qualifications and still choose to hire idiot drug addicts, you know something is wrong. Thanks to globalization, if I want a job in my field, I would have to move to India (and make $2200 US per year), but I'd better hurry before China out-prices the Indian companies with their throngs of slave laborers working for pseudofood and living in cages.
