Speedrun1: 100 characters, 2 saves/safe, 3 saves/cycle, 0.5 hour/cycle
Length(initial)= 100 * 2 / 3 * 0.5 = 33.3
Length(final)= 96 * 2 / 3 * 0.5 = 32

Ruleset3: 95-?? characters, 2 saves/safe, 3 saves/cycle, 1 hour/cycle
Length(initial)= 95 * 1 / 2 * 1 = 47.5

Activity has grown the last couple days so I think the length jump should be fine
