All of a sudden a speeding road hog delinquent wooshes past you at 90 km/h despite the fact that less than 200 meters down the road from the advertising panel you're behind, is a sign limiting speed to 50 km/h which he could not have missed.

You immediately have to start your car and chase the thug. What do you do :

- You throw the coffee AND the half-eaten marble donut out the window towards your left, put your sunglasses back on and immediately start the sirens and proceed to chase the thug at high speed

OR

- You get the donut bag and carefully put the half eaten marble donut back in, carefully close the bag, put the lid back on the PlanetBecks coffee cup and put the cup in the cup compartment to your right, THEN put your sunglasses back on, start the sirens and proceed to chase the rapscallion at high speed ?

So I can be a bit of a giant bitch when it comes to things that are popular, part of it has been baseless "oh lowest common denominator garbage ufufufu" bullshit in the past but a big reason why this attitude can persist is because I hate being underwhelmed. When I was watching anime, everyone was raving about Madoka - I watched it, I didn't get the hype. As such, I kind of just dislike that shit now. I knew that if I didn't like it in three episodes, I was gonna stop watching and just let it sit popularity run its course with no more input or insight from me - better to say you didn't get into it and move on than to watch something you hate and then talk shit about it for the rest of your life, y'know? So I went in with a reasonable worldview, cautiously optimistic.

As someone who has been that kind of asshole in the past, the kind of person that hates when something decent or even particularly good is overhyped to death by fanboy morons? Cowboy Bebop was fucking great. It absolutely lived up to the hype from the first episode, and I don't say that lightly. It legit is one of the greats, and it holds up ridiculously well.

Most of our homeless interactions are them being verbally trespassed from a store. If it's a 200 dollar jaywalking warrant. It's not logical to take a cop off the street for 2 to 3 hours arresting a guy and jail when theres 10 calls holding for violent domestic batteries or active violent crimes

I personally struggle with the choice not to carry sometimes and it's always because what I'm wearing doesn't allow me to conceal well enough.

Yeah that's why I got the pico. It's so small I fit in shorts pocket it literally feels like a wall. If anything my next purchase is the conceal carry shirt. They make an under armor type of material where the gun is tucked in the front of your shirt like a pocket
