Depends what you're doing, I traveled for 3 months alone twice in south america and it was the most transformative and meaningful time of my entire life.

I've been binge watching Survivor recently, and so far in three seasons there have been these anxiety ridden, crying weak humans who have social anxiety/general anxiety/hard pasts.

By the end of the 39 days they're not anxiety ridden at all anymore.

That really changed my view of anxiety "disorders". Could it be that most people are just weak little wusses who've been safe and comfortable their whole life?

I sold a nice down coat, it was a total steal, the description is "used for two years, recently washed. no damage"

That was literally my commute for 6 winters. Whenever people mention snow they're always like "lol don't worry here's a photo of a beautifully plowed road down main street america". That's not snow driving. Encountering a 2ft pile of slush in the middle of the unmarked road is snow driving.

Push your bench with your hands in the punching position. I'm an amateur gymnast and my wrists and elbows take a much harder beating that weightlifting, so I've battled tennis elbow many times. Wrist extension exercises help prevent it.

I'm an amateur gymnast. You don't need barbells or a gym at all. For legs I do weighted pistol squats. This guy literally just did 10 sets of dips and pull ups three times a week and after 5 years he's huge.
