I dont disagree. The issue is like I said, this happens over and over again over time, people like you come in and argue sample size forgetting you made that argument a hundred times before. That's not a solution in a world where we segregate based on men and women. It's also not a solution to those who've gone through the transitioning process.

If you're actually interested in fair competition, you should be for more granular criteria for competitive eligibility.

Examples of trans athletes winning in sports news is not a significant amount of data. In fact, news reporting itself is almost never a significant amount of data unless the data you're analyzing is on news reporting itself.

It is unreasonable to assume that something will be common based on a single instance of it happening.

And there was a second point regarding whether they hire actresses/models for their promotional material.

We typically call "cabinets" and "drawers" by their name alone. Occasionally we'll use "cabinet door" if we're talking about that part specifically, but a "drawer" is always just a "drawer."

The game's story is convoluted, regardless of whether you're able to take events at face value. Remember, this is the series that made an entire game just to explain a character's betrayal, and did so using a clone, a psychic link with the original, and a weird pseudo-masturbatory love interest. The same series that can't even do time travel without adding a layer of dreams to it. The same series that gave a blank journal a heart just so they could go inside the digital representation of it, all to explain how the main character "got his memory back." The same series that thought it was a good idea to name "a" weapon and "the" weapon in such a way that they're pronounced exactly the same.

It doesn't matter how well the events can be followed at face value. It is absolutely convoluted.

Still fun though, imo

Ever since I moved to Japan, I just binge interesting-looking shows that pop up on Netflix. I never watch series weekly anymore.

Got about 60 characters unlocked. Honestly, the amount of bullshit fights in WoL has only increased, so I think I'll just get the rest through classic mode.

They're fine. Better that than a life-altering risk.

I see you don't show much understanding of that which you ask. The transition isn't to change gender, and thusly is not limited to your ideal of a construct. The transition is to change the body to the gender that the trans person already identifies with, so the transition itself is a very physical event.

but gender is not physical, its social, so there is no male or female "body". if its purely social, then its not linked to the physical. if its physical, then its not entirely a social construct, but one that has social parts and a biological part as well (which makes sense to me, but people don't seem to think this is the case?)

Not even the most extreme people in the gender-as-social-construct camp think sex doesn't exist.

Taking that it's a social construct for the sake of discussion, why should that impact someone's desire to go through transition?
