Thank you. I think I've zeroed in on what I am trying to be (informative with a dash of self-deprecation of both myself and the material presented). JRPGs (and long ones at that) definitely aren't everyone's cup of tea, but I try to look at this material objectively. The games deserve respect, and if I can do my part to expand their audience, that's great.

DQXI (right now anyway) feels like a comfortable slide back into the franchise. It doesn't take any risks, and the visuals are just REALLY good. Reminds me of a DBZ/Wind Waker hybrid. It's going to age well, even if other aspects of the game don't.

Not sure what the bitching came from. I loved the movie. Brock and Venom are a crazy comedic combo, and the action scenes were amazing. I suppose the critics panned the plot details and pacing, but I never felt this movie sucked any worse than a B-level superhero movie.

Got a chance to review an episode of mine for a change (showed my dad today's ep while putzing around at home). I don't sound that bad these days. Still more deadpan and informative, but I haven't noticed audio flubs or anything irritating. I have more personality shining through than I used to.

I have heard people describe my voice as "pleasant" before, and I think I hear it. Comedy will never be my thing, but I think "tour guide through crazy weeb games" might be a good descriptor.

Well, Phoenix Wright has similar over the top idiocy and tongue and cheek humor, but works way better (at least from what I see from you guys while playing). It's also way longer too...so it is a bit strange how that works.

I suppose Bayonetta being TOTALLY in your face and reveling in it might be a turn off for the players. But that's only what I'm seeing out of Lando though. But if he hates it, he hates it. Can't do much about it.
