hey guys, i have a favor to ask of all of you

now that the bracket is here I really need help documenting this contest! it's a lot to do and I just opened a small business, i'm at work for 10-12 hours a day 6 days a week and while I do get downtime there's no fucking internet there a lot of the time so I'll probably miss a lot of key moments

I think Metal Sonic's strength will be hard to pin down, and I rallied him partially because he looks dope af but also because I think he could fuck up a lot of brackets if given an unpredictable match

the core idea of Metal Sonic is that a lot of people vaguely know who he is which is better than some JRPG characters. While Sonic fans like him most casuals will probably just think "he's sonic but a robot, that's dumb." we'll see what happens when the bracket drops. something tells me he'll be up against someone he has no shot against. I didn't even vote for him over Morrigan here, I think his ceiling isn't that high personally.

i really thought spyro would get some support this time, he and morrigan were only like 1100 votes away from each other in 2013 i think

since then morrigan hasn't had shit and spyro has all this hype from his remakes. people won't see him as a stupid baby mascot like in 2002 and a stupid toys-to-life mascot like in 2013
