Ganon's castle in OoT. All of it. I love how the game teases you when as Adult Link you can go to it, but you have no way of crossing over to it. So it just sits there all foreboding and looming over you and you can do nothing about it.

Then after a lot of dungeons, a bridge is made and that excitement of crossing over is great.

Then after doing all the puzzles in the stage, that looooong climb up the stairs to Ganondorf whose organ playing is getting louder and louder......oh man. So great.

Technically, both. I work at Walmart (stocker), but I'm cross-trained as a cashier, which means I have to do the "smile through the rage" deal fairly often.
