Not necessarily. Not all undocumented immigrants are breaking a law. If you came here legally and just over stayed your Visa, then you aren't breaking any laws, and therefore aren't a criminal. It's a violation of civil code and is dealt with in the immigration Courts, not criminal courts.

Doc Ock is the runner-up and they can get pretty creative with his role in the story. He can be used as an antagonist more and he can fill more roles overall. But when the Green Goblin is involved that's when you know shit is going to get serious.

Weed sometimes lets me know if Im fucking up and need to course correct. I used to think they were mini panic attacks but there was not much of a physical reaction, just my mind racing and a feeling of dread or apprehension. But then is started listening to those voices (not literal voices, just feelings that my subconscious uses to communicate with me.) And I eliminated a bunch of problems from my life and are happier for it.

You're right. He won't notice a thing. He's fine now, basically rolling in money. He doesn't need to work, and won't need to work for years, which is why that whole "#MeToo ruined Louis CK" sympathy for the devil routine reads so false. Everyone of those men who got exposed last year is doing just fine.

Which is kind of what makes his sudden reappearance so off-putting. It's not even been year? What has he learned about himself in a year? How should I treat his earlier work, particularly some of his more self aware moments in light of the past year? What has he got to say to us, and how are we not talking about the elephant in the room?

I don't remember anyone saying that MeToo ruined Louis CK, on fact it was pretty much unanimous that everyone expected him to comeback after laying low for a while. It's been what 9 months since those allegations came out? Why is that not long enough? What would another 3 months do? You have to remember that these incidents took place decades ago, he hasn't done anything inappropriate for a very long time so it's not like he was a sick person that needed to learn anything about himself. Whatever psychological issue that caused him to do that has likely been dealt with a long time ago. And it's wrong to lump him in with basically any of the other MeToo casualties. Really the public knowing about these stories is punishment enough imo, he's got to be so embarrassed and ashamed. I think his apology said everything be needed to say and that his time away has been adequate.

There's nothing wrong with him coming back now, he doesn't have a prison sentence or anything like that that he needs to fulfill, and it seems like most of the comedy world wants him back anyways, I know I do.

And treat his earlier work however you want, but if you're asking me I don't see any reason to treat it any differently. And get just went on stage for the first time in nearly a year, maybe give him some time to work on his set and figure out the best way to incorporate this story into his act before you accuse him of ignoring the elephant in the room. If he had like released a special without addressing it then sure you'd have a point, but you really need to think about what your saying and be a little more logical and rational with your criticism.

Not sure if this is hyperbole, but those emotions or less forms of them should be expected to be normal for the context of the situation, regardless of guilt or innocence.

This is not a court of law, and members of the hearing don't have to pretend they are impartial. Kav probably understands that no one is there to determine whether or not he is guilty, they are there to impede his nomination.

Not sure why a person who might be innocent getting emotional over having a SC seat being taken away sounds unreasonable to you.

And what's this about Homecoming? I remember the movie being showered with praise pre and post release, thanks to the positive reaction of him in Civil War. Of course there are people who dislike it but they're definitely in the minority.

Like I said, in this instance, you have a studio with a spotty track record to begin with, rushing out a film that wasn't in very high demand, helmed by a director who only have one good movie under his name.
