As someone who played a lot more than 80 hours of MGSV, that's just simply not true

You can replay the game so many times in so many different ways, sure, there is one "Ultimate strategy" but that's the same as Wildlands, Wildlands you can easily have one ultimate strat with the far cry style supressed sniper rifle on a hill, but MGSV you can go in in nearly the same number of ways as Wildlands, with the added bonus of doing a lot of shit wildlands didn't even seem to consider like calling in a fucking sandstorm and marching in, then, once the storm clears a helicopter runs gun strikes overhead while blaring Ride of the Valkyries or the final countdown as you charge around the base mounted on a fucking mech

The organic gameplay was in smaller maps, but trust me, if you really think the 40 hours in Wildlands are better than your 80 in MGSV, go back to the drawing board with how to play MGSV, play for fun, not the "ultimate strat"

Imagine trying to tell me I'm a playing a game as straightforward as MGSV wrong

"Hurr have you tried calling in a helicopter in a base"

Mark Brown is pretty good. He's a bit more positive and constructive than most (i.e. he doesn't bash games to show how how unique he is and how refined his taste is).

NakeyJakey has been great too. His essays have better placed humor and he always focuses on a specific aspect of gaming (water levels) instead of trying to cover a whole game.

He's the guy always sitting on the medicine ball if you can't recognize him lol

Agreed, and I dont know if the other essay channels do this too, but its so annoying when he adds those Family Guy or Office clips in there. They were cute at first but now a lot of them dont even relate to the topic that hes talking about.

The difference is one is a stealth game trying to be an action game and the other is Wildlands

People like Downward Thrust and Cleanprincegaming make the same fucking videos every few weeks about why this game is doing so bad or why this game has been doing so good, and unlike most gaming channels these videos can be made without them playing the game in detail because what they're talking about can either be researched or generalized
