That said I'm on season 2 episode 5. I'm pretty much hate watching it at this point and even though I think it is a terrible show it is pretty entertaining. Hardly any of the character's motivations make sense, the Snells are absolutely terrible villains in terms of... well... everything, the cartel is incredibly stupid and let's not even get started on the FBI agent who God knows what the hell is going on with him.

This show is something else.

Last Jedi is a great movie. Force Awakens is whatever. Return of the Jedi is fine. Empire Strikes back is fantastic. A New Hope is good. The rest aren't worth anything. Star Wars has a shitty track record and isn't very good.

Speaking as someone who has only seen Gravity at home and thought the movie was ass and threw it in the "why do people like this?" pile I'm inclined to believe this

Oh, it's a super realistic and beautiful movie in a dark, quiet environment on IMAX. It's actually a spectacle. Probably the best space porn ever.

But I would never, ever watch it again. Because the plot is so who gives a fuck.

I would argue Interstellar loses a lot when viewed out of theaters, but not nearly as much as Gravity.

Except unlike Gravity, Interstellar is a worthless movie in the theaters as well. I was super let down by that movie. I was very exciting and under the impression I needed to see it in theaters. Instead what I got was a stupidly loud soundtrack and a story I really, really thought was lame. The docking sequence was kind of cool, but it just made me think about a particular 2001: A Space Odyssey sequence. It's typically not a good sign when you keep thinking about another movie during the one you are watching.

Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie

I saw that in a theater with my friend and a coupl other people in attendance. It was the most surreal movie going experience ever. People were yelling at the movie, openly talking with each other about how ridiculous things were, etc. It was insane and I cannot imagine watching that movie not in theaters.

Another good but obvious one is Grindhouse. Those fake trailers before and in between Planet Terror and Death Proof were amazing. The reactions to the movies were fantastic.

That was the best finale I've seen in a long, long time. I won't say it's the best since I have a soft spot for Justified's finale, but man was it good. Absolutely incredible series that never attained the recognition it deserved outside of TV critics who aren't the Emmy's.

Already have a couple emulators but the controls are pretty terrible for anything other than RPGs or like Advance Wars or something. I want something that's like pretty much designed for a phone or works super well on the phone.

A few I've enjoyed and think epitomize phone games are-- Ticket to Ride, Smallworld 2 (pretty much any board game), Mini Metro, Super Hexagon.

Wario Land 2 and Wario Land 3 are completely different. Wario Land 3 has a world map with levels connected. You 'complete' a level by getting one of the four treasures. The treasure then affects the world map, having some resultant effect in another level allowing access to that treasure. Rinse and repeat. Each level is constantly evolving so even though you play each level 4 times to get all four treasures, each time you go you typically end up taking drastically different paths through the level. Also, each level is more like an open ended Metroidvania than the weird 'sort of Metroidish but more similar to a traditional side-scroller level' that was Wario Land II. Also, the transformations Wario undergoes upon being damaged are put to way better use and feel more organic. Everything about the game is just better.

The $1 sandwich thing always says 'expires today' but I've used it three times this week. It's amazing. You can't stack coupons though, so you either want to use the sandwich one or the free fries or whatever. But the sandwich one is almost always the better deal.

Wario Land 2 was super boring. Gave up not too far into it. Just didn't care for the levels or anything.

Wario Land 3, on the other hand, is fucking incredible. The levels were very clearly designed to utilize all of Wario's transformations and upgrades. It's super easy to figure out where to go thanks to the world map literally telling you which level to go to next, the sense of progression was great, you know how many chests are in each level and which you've got, the levels change between day and night, etc. I love that game.
