1. Back in '12 i just started dating locally after a long, 4 year long distance relationship. I met this cute nursing student on okc, and after like a month of texting nonstop she agrees to a date. We meet at a douche bar doing 90s throwback r&b night. I don't dance or drink - so not my thing.
Her best friends boyfriend is there, too, and i end up having more in common with him (he was in the punk scene and we had tons of mutual friends) and talk to him more than her. He says his gf is out of town and her and i could stay at his place. We go to another bar and back to his place.
She is drunk now and we finally begin talking more. It's time to go to bed and her and i lay on the couch and spoon. Her round ass is grinding into me and she's putting my hand between her thighs. Only problem is his room is like 15 feet away, facing us, and has no door. I was inexperienced at the time and felt weird about it. I decide not to do anything (plus she's drunk and I'm not, so kinda rapey). I get up to pee and come back and she rolled onto the middle of the couch. I feel weird waking her up (should've in retrodpect) and try to sleep on the floor -- but there's no heat and they both begin snoring REALLY loudly. I tumble around all night. No second date.

Wiki says the American site was taken down in 2017.

The game is great, though. Honestly it feels more like pso zero with the rolling and manual dodging. But it feels so smooth, and the camera is easier to maneuver than other mmos I've played (ff14, swtor, eden eternal, etc.)

It's a shame it's been like almost 7 years and it's on so many platforms in Japan -- but not on a single one here

In the same way CE hates Little Caesars -- they like to pretend they're somehow above anything blue collar or relating to poverty and the everyman, yet are very surface level with their pretention of refinement. This probably relates somewhat to that "STEM or bust" and other classist beliefs so many here have.

They think they're too good for punk/hardcore unless it's been approved by popular conventional critics, and they think they're too good for horror because they want "higher" forms of cinema (horror, like punk, is full of DIY ethos). Oddly enough, though, they also like to separate themselves from the mainstream and pretend they're above the general population, so they'll gladly act like modern pop music isn't good -- their one exception being "woke" rappers.

This is what i gather from having posted here on and off for over a decade. I only just had a 2 or 3 year hiatus because i made myself into a huge target and had to duck out

You should be way more concerned about CE's general shitty taste in music. I love seeing the irony of a poster bashing some mainstream game as shit (like CoD in the old days), while simultaneously listening to Linkin Park or some nu metal trash without realizing CoD is to video games what Linkin Park is to music.

Taste in music and film is definitely problematic here.

When i say superficial i mean not philosophical or ideological. If i was listing those three list would be waaaay longer

- McDonalds is better than any other fast food chain
- A&W root beer is worth drinking and better than Barqs
- Pizza Hut isn't the worst pizza chain and Little Caesars isn't the best
- pork and beef products belong on pizza
- ff6 isn't the best ff, and the best is something after 7
- dq8 is the best in series
- small booties matter
- girls are "fat" if they're over 130#

All of these blow my mind. Next you're going to say Seagrams is the best macro ginger beverage -- or oreo blizzards are the best.

I never used the term sjw - and my comment wasn't condescending because it is factually correct. Modern liberals DO support digital vigilantism, and they DON'T believe it's their duty to educate those of opposing viewpoints (ie intellectual laziness)

Are you really going to try and be a condescending dick? Im not well versed in fiscal issues. I guess I'd say based on income? Single payer healthcare is ideal - but i did like a lot about the ACA.

I'm "liberal" because i support a lot of non profits and government assistance programs, i believe in respect being a right rather than a privilege, I support workers rights and fair treatment of workers (not just financially but socially), I'm liberal on most social issues, I'm pro gun control (and quite frankly think they're for lames), etc.

I would also say I'm liberal because i support rehabilitation and counseling -- but most liberals nowadays just want extreme punishment

I watched the nun one recently and it doesn't hold up besides that "that's a clean burning hell I tellyewhut" joke, that's still one of the greatest moments in the series.

I've done plenty of labor and factory jobs in the past that were that long -- and that extra day off is just recovery

Labor unions fought to reduce workweeks to 40 hours. The 8-hour day came about as a means of getting to 40 hours.

So no, I dont think that my idea of redistributing the 40 hours so it results in more consecutive hours off work is going against what the labor unions fought for, which was the elimination of working 6 days a week for upwards of 16 hours a day.

Working 10 or 12 is definitely not ideal
