Have you switched to the second playable character? If so, then yes, you're on Chapter 3 or later.

There is a depth to the combat, but not on the level of your average Platinum game, if that's what you're looking for. Once you get more abilities you get the opportunity to flesh it out.

Regardless, if the story, dramatics, over-the-top tone, and diversions of the city aren't enough to entice you, then yeah, it's probably not a game for you.

As the US Congress has not actually declared war in nearly eighty years, I don't think this is addressing any existing problem. If there is a perceived problem with the United States' military involvement in foreign affairs, then this is not the avenue to address it.

Given the guns will be plastic and thus not capable of containing an explosive force that a gun will produce, I don't necessarily think this will be a proper tipping point.

But as 3D printing improves it will raise those questions continually about what we can in good conscience release to the wider world without regulation.

Regardless of age, the question is: does that bother you?

If it doesn't really bother you, and you just take note of you being different in that way, then carry on.

If it does bother you, for example if you get lonely, then try to figure the source of why you don't make relationships and work against that to improve yourself.

It may require counselling. For those of us who grew up with the Internet and were never short on people to talk to about nothing important, the concept of intimate personal relationships may have seemed an unnecessary burden, but if it's something you feel you need in life, you'll likely have some "catching up" socially to do in order to make yourself someone that another person wants to spend time with.
