Aaaaaaaand HxH episode 136 done, aka Chimera Ant arc complete

I'm torn in some ways. For the longest time I thought this arc was going too long, and I still feel that in somewhat vague ways I can't define, but it definitely needed that time for a bunch of the payoffs. Meruem and Komugi, Welfin and some of the other side Ants that I didn't think would get much or survive to the end, Gon's struggle with Kite....definitely made the arc special. I'm hesitantly putting it on favorite arc for HxH now I guess? It's still a bit of a toss up between it and Yorknew, but this had some really really great highs. Pouf did WAAAAAY more than I thought he would, ended up being the most impactful Royal Guard member. Palm was a beast in her own right.

And boy, magic not helping you in your fight against the ultimate being? Just use a fuckin man-made atomic bomb! I kind of wish they went a bit more into Netero actually getting that done, like they had the flash for a few seconds with the doctor looking at him but I kind of wish it went into a discussion afterward of him dealing with the pros and cons of it.

I think that's about all I wanna comment on, there might be more but it's not coming to my head now. I'll see what this final arc has in store, only 12 episodes so we'll see. Might take another break now, at least for today.
