Obviously condoms are better than nothing if you want to avoid pregnancy. They also offer some protection against STDs.

But many men don't want to wear condoms and many women don't force their partners to wear them.

I know. But a 70 degree morning usually comes with 90 degree high. I was contrasting summer mornings to winter mornings.

I can take the heat better than cold. When it's 70 degrees in the morning, I hop out of the bed full of energy. When it's 40 degrees I stay under the covers all morning.

Homeless people often make me uncomfortable when they approach me. But I don't think homelessness should be criminalized. If I was homeless I would stick to myself. I wouldn't ask strangers for money or help.I would seek help from people who are in the business of helping the poor and needy (government agencies, non-profits, churches, etc).

I don't buy the defense in this situation, but there are times when I think this type defense is valid. A long time ago on a route I would travel home from work, several motorist were car jacked and mugged by a crowd brandishing guns. Fortunately it never happened to me, but I had made up my mind to plow right thru the crowd if it did happen.
