just by the storage size alone we know they aren't on it. but they were all probably tested at some point and have some data leftover. the system being an android fork makes sense for its performance, obviously it isn't power that's holding the system back considering the PSP and Vita (TV) could each do PS1 games just fine. only answer left is the OS being a bloated piece of shit for the job.

pikachu's recovery is stupid in the original smash, quick attack is right behind Kirby in terms of never-dying, though he also had some very strong power moves too.

samus though has always been fun to play in smash. charge shot sounds good and when you hit it you feel so happy. bomb spamming also throws people off in casual play and the missiles that are semi-controllable are cool. you know it's just a really good arsenal when you suck your teeth for shooting a flamethrower.

what you get in that box is definitely not $100, you're paying a heavy tax for cheap official Sony stuff. but if that's what you want, go for it. odds are good that thing will be hacked and people will try to get PSP stuff on it.

should make hacking interesting, at least. it may well end up as just an android box. though until then i'll just stick with a Vita TV - that's PS1, PSP, Vita all flawless or close enough to it right out the box. after you hack it you can turn the game slot into a microSD and at that point you're set.

...the robot part doesn't follow here. so first there's game vs. anime lore on this; in the games Mew gives birth to Mewtwo. in the anime, Mewtwo's a clone but a clone of a cat is still a cat, just as a clone of a sheep is still a sheep. that's one of the the ethical arguments about cloning, the re-creation of another living being.

yeah, 7 is just extremely lopsided. even Beerus is considered one of the strongest gods of destruction, should be top 4. the math gets even worse when you remember that Super established that there's only 28 planets with mortal life in Universe 7 and the average rating is barely over 3.

i mean the main fighters should be considered incredibly strong by any universe's standards and we know that when it comes to raw power 7 >> 6 anyway. they're just all the universe has. it's not that hard to get a couple of the higher tier universe to have their Goku, Jiren, Hit, etc type of character and it'd be easy to justify too.

yeah, Universe 7 was still categorized as 3rd from the bottom at the end of the ToP in the manga and i don't know if any change happened in the anime. but generally speaking there's enough reason to believe that the top 4 Universes have people stronger than Jiren, even if his universe, 6, and 7 are so stupidly lopsided.

i'm around but not nearly as much. while i've kept track of deals for stuff, it's nothing really organized or mapped out. some of it's fairly standard too, like "oh, here's $20 for 128GB microSD card." do have some neat headphones and backups to them, i'm aiming for that M5 tablet by Huawei, though the Asus Zenpad S3 is something i can settle for. i already got my <$200 Chromebook that i'm really happy with but i may get a second laptop/chromebook for someone that desperately needs something to type on.

basically, i've got Christmas shopping to do for others and i'm not all that used to it.

also do remember that typically there's a buy 2 get 1 free sale on Nintendo stuff shortly after BF from Target or Best Buy usually. so if you're aiming for one of the many Switch games that aren't on sale, that'll be a big one to keep an eye on.

that explanation doesn't really work when you've got someone like Frieza around who has a form on par with Blue, he's pretty okay with blowing up everything after enough gloating. it's just a retcon that happened immediately after because they just wanted to jump through more forms and God was just the stopgap.

and no, there isn't any assumption that Trunks had more power in any of strikes than an exploding planet, it doesn't follow internally. you know it ain't the sword because that's quite literally King Cold's assumption before jobbing, you know it ain't Trunks' raw power because nothing else anybody does matches it. it's just a strong guy with a sharp sword cutting up a weaker guy. dragonball as a whole is wildly inconsistent with durability, that's nothing new. it's just always "stronger guy beats weaker guy, whatever history before it is irrelevant."

when ranking power levels in fiction you look for consistency, not outliers. if the logic makes sense internally it's good, if it doesn't something's wrong. Super is fun but it's extremely inconsistent and has so many ass pulls that it's hard to take seriously. if there's any one thing that Super is consistent on it's that apparently SSJG and SSJB levels aren't that hard to do, i half expect Goten and Trunks to bust it out because they were park rangers for a day.

if you want something even more crazy it'll be in the Super manga: Gohan eliminates Kefla because why not and it's Master Roshi who teaches Goku how to achieve Ultra Instinct because he's almost perfected that state himself.

no really, Roshi eliminates one of the pride troopers, dodges Jiren repeatedly, makes the guy block hits, and tanks a couple hits. the manga is even sillier but it's probably more entertaining in its differences.

probably the most well klnown one, when Goku fought Beerus , they punched each other in space and shook the entire universe. we actually see a a nearby sun going supernova as a result. and it's then said the universe would have been completely wiped if they had repeated that level of energy two or three more times

the funny part about this is that it pretty much got retconned immediately afterwards. like it was there to be impressive but Super Saiyan God got made irrelevant with Blue, then Blue got a bunch of different upgrades like kaoikan x20, resulting in Goku fighting in a stronger form that's been perfected at 40x power and nothing happening. like not even a joke of it, Blue Goku vs. Android 17 sparring match happened and stopped because they didn't want to bother the dolphins or damage the forest.

then there's how stupid everyone powered up to Blue levels for no logical reason, i.e, Frieza training for 30 minutes, Gohan training with Piccolo for a couple hours, and Android 17's existence. when you break down what Super turned into, the entire time SSJG Goku fought Beerus he wasn't even the strongest person on the planet: Android 17 was due to being a park ranger who fought against poachers.

i wouldn't use anything with Jiren either, he was clearly stronger than Goku by pretty much every metric, ultra instinct is just a cheat. Jiren's just flat out better than most of the gods of destruction and they all would get smacked around by angels. there's a good while to go.

the black hole stuff in Super was nice though. the prison attack one had both androids and base form Goku still existing in there, teleporting out was impossible, and right before that you did have Goku tank/escape one when the spirit bomb went back into him. Blue could function properly inside, though he did need to expend a lot of energy for it; 17 wasn't doing too hot and he's around the normal levels of that form.

alright, 05, 06. it was def a long time ago but that's the general baseline of how big he was then.
i'm just stupefied at how good Alucard's doing. especially because he should go up in percentage: Alucard's pattern generally has him at his weakest percentage at the start of matches; Red's pattern has him at his strongest at the start. if Red works similar to Peach, Alucard should be able to get just a little more than the US percentage, which would be an almost exact reversal.

i mean hype is enough to have KH3 being the game the site wanted the most at the start of the year with almost 30%. since then we've had trailer after trailer after trailer of what's basically "we mean it this time, sequel, it's coming out." 2005 was a pretty good time for Sora too, maybe his strongest. so being around that level or a bit below it would've made some degree of sense, especially for a PS2 era RPG on this site.

it's just surprising to see a complete reversal, logically both would've dropped. but this is the old poll.

compare that to his performance on Red, we who know is basically equivalent to current Sora. for what it's worth, i think this is a pretty solid baseline to use as there should be minimal overlap going on. like sure, after KH3 comes out it won't be useful to use Sora anymore but that should help with analysis of how the site's changed.

he has gone from losing to Sora 45/55 in 2005 to pushing a 55/45 victory on the guy who beat Sora.

like i know SOTN got a bunch of recent re-releases and there's the Netflix Castlevania but goddamn, that's a stupid boost. yeah that match with Sora was over 10 years ago but you'd think Sora would've been at a similar level considering how strong nostalgia on gamefaqs is and KH3 hype. if those two had a match this year, Alucard would've beaten him by more than he lost to.

DK's an icon and known to all generations, across multiple games, in multiple major crossovers like Mario Kart, Smash, and in nearly every Mario sports games. he's also consistently getting new games, with a new game on every Nintendo console as the handhelds generally get ports.

whew, goblin slayer isn't terrible. spot on music, voice acting, i can handle this much CG and though some of the animation is lazy they've got the key points in. yes, that includes the rape and all the murders, including the goblin children and her reaction.

oh no, it's presented as goblins being goblins. nothing sexy about it. it's supposed to be a terrible scene that makes you quickly understand that you're dealing with the same kind of goblins you've seen in just about every other fantasy setting. generally speaking, while there's a decent amount of nudity in the manga and LN, it's not sexy.

yeah, because that's a typical thing told in fantasy stories. the setting is just another one of them, only here we've a key focus on the goblins. in all of them you're gonna have rookies who know better but because they think goblins are easy and don't want to do quests like chasing around sewer rats, they get a quick reality check.

under these circumstances i don't trust anybody's memory. not a case of more than others, it just doesn't hit basic validity. facts are wrong, there's outside contamination of his name, and the amount of time allows for a lot of mind fuckery to piece together way too many different things and produce a jumbled mess.

also the other person who "doesn't remember" is also one of her friends who admitted that she wasn't there or had no recollection of being there. she does believe Ford's claim but she's not someone who was at the party. supposedly. nobody really knows and it doesn't seem like anybody can know.

they were at a party together - probably true. though do bear in mind that she also claimed some people were at the party who have come out to say they weren't, so she's already gotten people at the place wrong. plural there: two people have denied any knowledge of the party or being there. not sure if there's a third but i don't think it makes much difference since you're already dealing with a faulty memory on this point alone.

there being plenty of time is part of the problem.

there is a realistic chance that she is confusing the person who sexually abused her with the name of someone else - yes. misidentifying the name isn't rare by any means, this chance increases over the span of a) time, and b) frequency of the name being mentioned. add in that he was around in the same time period, his name being mentioned multiple times would increase the chance of confusing the events. human memory is among the least consistent tools in court, especially for traumatic events as a lot of facts end up being wrong. add in the 30 year gap and it's just not good data by any measurement.
