I don't why someone who eats meats cant have the same benefits if they increase the number of green vegetables on their plate. A vegan who eats bread and fried potatoes nuked in corn oil won't be healthier than a vegan who eats sweet potatoes avocados and broccoli because vegans are not all made the same. Veganism is not the end of all means and neither is daily keto. Every diet has foods that are faulty. Some vegans have questionable biomarkers but ill take my chances being a part-time vegan and ill take keto over high carbs anyday when I don't have access to veggies. |

Maybe it's not so much that motherless or a fatherless household breeds troubled children. I don't know because the lack of positive role models might just do it. So perhaps defaulting custody to mothers is not the best thing to do? Marriage is on a decline. I can't imagine this being good for kids and society at large. |

Its not about extra. Calories don't matter. Different foods have different hormonal responses in the body. If you're eating nothing but carbs all day, it won't matter if you're eating low calories because insulin and other hunger hormones will be jacked up. |

People aren't saving and they are getting deeper in debt. High student loan debt, high credit card debt, high mortgage debt etc. Wages are not rising as quickly as debt and the costs of living are becoming more expensive. Corrections are overdue. Trust me on this one. If It wasn't for the Trump Tax Cuts, we would've been in a recession already. Instead, Tax cuts postponed the inevitable. So don't be quick to celebrate yet because both sides are so wrong at pointing fingers. Innovation is what drives an economy. That should go without saying. What worries me is that we might miss out on an entire generation of inventors and entrepreneurs who stimulate economies. If people are wasting their time paying off debt, forget inventing and starting risky endeavors. That's the theory anyway. There's no way of knowing what will happen next. |

Food stamps supplement nutrition and its a matter national security because poor people fight most wars. They may not pay much in taxes but some pay with their lives. God forbid we throw them a bone. A reduction in food stamps is a reduction in potential candidates. 2. Kids who are malnourished and hungry underperform in school. Without proper nutrition, kids will never perform their best and that can have lasting consequences especially in a future economy that will be based on IQ. There are better ways to get people to stop abusing food stamps. But I dont care. Its been a bad day for national security today. No wall. Pulling out of Syria. Infrastructure bill put on jeopardy. Amarillio Tx should a city in Oklahoma not Texas. 4. The Texan Triangle should be its own state. Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio shouldn't subsidize the entire state. 5. Why is California one state? Southern California should its own State. Liberal San Francisco and all of the Silicon Valley should be its own state. Inefficient bureaucracies is the reason LA and SF have a housing crisis. Also, Los Angeles and SF shouldn't subsidize the entire state. 6. Tri-State Area (plus Philly) should be its own State. 7. Florida should be split into two states. 8. Portland and Seattle should be under one state. So every major metropolitan area and region needs to be its own state. A one size fits all government is horrible and causes useless infighting because different regions have different needs. The whole thing was rediculous to me and it felt like a chore comunnicating with her. So I didn't respond and I ignored her. And our relationship went downhill from there. The clingyness and excessive need for attention gets old fast. Ill admit its not right way to handle the situation. But getting angry for something petty is a huge red flag for me and I dont have to put up with that nonsense. |
