Its not the meat. Its the bread, fried potatoes and the damn sugar in soda. Carbs are killing you faster than meat ever could. Order Two Tripple cheeseburgers thick cut bacon without bread, soda, and fries because that's literally healthier. Villainizing meat makes no sense what so ever.

edit: Most fast food places have soy fillers in their meats. Avoid if you like healthy levels of testosterone.

It's not about it being meat, it's about it being extra that is not needed.

If the regular practice was to throw on an extra bun, I'd say stop doing that shit too.

Its not about extra. Calories don't matter. Different foods have different hormonal responses in the body. If you're eating nothing but carbs all day, it won't matter if you're eating low calories because insulin and other hunger hormones will be jacked up.

Of course you can lose weight but you'll be hungry, malnourished, and you'll feel like crap. Glucose and triglycerides shoots up and excessive inflammation kills you early. On the bright side, you'll be skinny in time for your funeral. Losing weight is not synonymous with being healthy.

If your eating green vegetables like broccoli T levels will higher. Vegans eat more vegetables. I don't why someone who eats meats cant have the same benefits if they increase the number of green vegetables on their plate.

A vegan who eats bread and fried potatoes nuked in corn oil won't be healthier than a vegan who eats sweet potatoes avocados and broccoli because vegans are not all made the same. Veganism is not the end of all means and neither is daily keto. Every diet has foods that are faulty. Some vegans have questionable biomarkers but ill take my chances being a part-time vegan and ill take keto over high carbs anyday when I don't have access to veggies.
