I thought the only thing there was Texas Tech

There used to be a ton of weird slaughterhouses on one side of town. So half the time the wind made the whole town smell like dead cow farts.

Honestly Ive never gone back.

Still smells like farts. Its so flat out there that wind carries that manure smell from out of town. The wind in Lubbock can be crazy. Winds are like 20mph on a normal day.

Also gets awful dust storms in Lubbock.

This place is way too damn religious

I was in Lubbock.

Also does everyone here just assume that everyone is Christian? Do they not acknowledge people that are non-Christian?

Im from Houston. Dallas/Austin/San Antonio and the major cities of Texas are nothing like Lubbock.

I went to school up there. Thats a shitty city stuck 30 years in the past at all times. Lubbock definitely doesnt represent the vast majority of Texas haha

It's kinda crazy for that to be a dealbret considering you've only see her place once in your life.

Is she always that messy? Was it a one time thing? You're ruining the chance for a girl you said was perfect over what might not even be a regular occurrence.

I mean, making an apartment as messy as hers is takes weeks and weeks of laziness.

Id bet money thats how her place always is.

Probably because she's not always at home. Never takes the time to do it and just doesn't care. If that clashes with your ideals, then it's not worth the effort.

I think those are just excuses. A super messy sloppy apartment is a reflection of your own personality.

Just sayin. If your room is a mess, your life probably is too.

I think she has a dealbreaker. Shes really damn smart, and makes a lot of money. Went to an Ivy League school and has a degree in Neuroscience. She was great in bed too, but heres the thing...

Her apartment was messy as ****. Like. Not quite hoarder level, but close. Stuff EVERYWHERE. It smelled kinda bad. She didnt have food around everywhere, but there was just random shit all over. Bags, cups, clothes, random trash. Every square inch of her floor was covered.

Whats weird was she lives in this high end apartment complex. She probably pays like $1600 for her one bedroom.

Im not crazy for letting that be a dealbreaker, right?

Mexico has hotter ones and for less. Eastern Europe (Romania, Moldova, etc) is also better than Amsterdam.

Mexico has good thick ones. But the aids man. Yeah yeah I know prostitutes. But it seems more prevalent in Mexico.

If you're wearing a condom you have a better chance at winning the Powerball than getting AIDS from a woman as a man. If you don't wear a condom than the odds are still only 1 in 10,000.

wrong right out of the gate bud. it isn't so much that species adapt, it's more that the ones without beneficial mutations simply can't hack the world and die.

Well yeah. More favorable traits that benefit the species with reproduction and survival are what stick.

Homosexuality prevents survival.

She doesnt have cancer. She has some sort of disorder thats a complication of her arthritis. I think it was blood transfusions she was being treated with before...but I could be wrong.

Either way, I know what they were doing before isnt working anymore, so chemotherapy is the next step apparently.

Shes 64 and a few months ago, her kidneys started failing out of the blue. She has some pretty severe arthritis and has had to take lots pain meds to combat the pain.

Her kidneys were at like 5% functionality, but a few blood transfusions helped bring them to about 50% and shes been going way better since.

But today she told me her kidneys are failing again snd the blood transfusions arent working anymore ...so shes going to have to start chemo in a few weeks. She was even talking about ordering a wig today.

Fuck, man. This is terrible to say, but losing my mom is starting to become a real possibility. Dont even know how to process this right now.

Having played 7, 9, X, X-2, 12, and 15, Final Fantasy X was the only one that interested me enough to actually ever finish the game.

I played it when it came out on PS2 years ago, but havent played it since. I remember putting hundreds and hundreds of hours into the game to get all the rare weapons and such.

Playing through the Remaster that just came out on Xbox One, and Im loving it. Was afraid it wouldnt be as appealing to me anymore, as I really dont play many JRPGs anymore. But nah, this game still holds up.

Roast me for my bad opinions, CE.

Splinter Cell 1, 2 and 3 are some of the best stealth games in the series.

Plus, the multiplayer of spy vs merc was revolutionary for its time, and honestly...nothing has ever matched the creativity from that MP yet.

I think were gonna be getting a new Splinter Cell announcement at E3 this year, honestly. If Ubisoft can do a highly competitive multiplayer scene on splinter cell just like they did with Rainbow Six Siege, theyll have another huge hit on their hands.

The lightning last night was some of the craziest I've ever seen though. It was like constant lightning for hours. Sometimes it sounded like it was right outside the window as it shook the whole house.
