I loved Rev.

The reason for Lucy's death is entirely out of universe. Something to do with the VA. They tried to reconcile it in later games but the whole thing feels sloppy.

It's just weird, like it happens at the end of Brotherhood and then they vaguely mention it in passing in Revelations but it's just a yeah she's buried now lol. line and that's it >_>

You can change at will between an Assassin persona, a slave persona and a lady persona. I forget all the details but they each have cool features and drawbacks, like Assassin has lots of weapons and can free run but you arouse suspicion easily. The lady is super sneaky but awful at mobility because you wear a dress. And the slave can get you into plantations and stuff but has some drawback or other that I forgot.

This also actually sounds pretty fun.

I get that they are constantly trying to add to the series but it certainly feels like any time they add a feature, they take away another one, or two... It's a weird way to work the development.

May not have been the best one, but I'll always maintain that up until Origins, Ezio and Altair had the best endings. Everything from music, voice acting, cinematography. These alone keep it from being a mediocre title since the payoff is fucking great.

I vaguely remember 4 to be honest, but if I remember right it was almost too happy. Origins was tragic but I still liked it.

So I did play 4 and then Origins before the others (it's the reason I decided to revisit the series tbh), and I really enjoyed the fact that there is an Amunet statue as one of the six Assassins under the Monteriggioni castle. I guess it's not really an easter egg since obviously these games came first, but I thought it was a cool thing that the developers, so many years later, put that into Origins.

They also did some weird shit in 5 that I didn't like, for instance when your car just flips itself back over when you take a jump wrong.

and with a Lucy, I think the actress ended her contract, or something like that, so they got rid of the character.

I really loved the flashback sequences that showed you what happened to Altair after the first game. It was interesting and sad seeing him age.

And I still don't understand why spoiler LUCY spoiler had to die. Maybe they'll explain it in the third one.

I think the businesses were glitched out because the bank never got enough money as it should have and I would be in the middle of a mission, get a notice that money had been deposited and then go there after the mission and it would be a zero balance. Oh wells

I didn't get their obsession with bombs either. If I were a more interesting person I would have actually played around with them, as it stands I only used them a few times (and I tried to use a Cherry Bomb but it hit a ceiling above me and totally screwed up my master plan).

Not 100% sure if I want to pick up Liberation or skip to Rogue (I already finished 4).

A lot of them the "click zone" is waaaaay larger than ad itself appears to be.

Yeah that shit is annoying. It took me a long time to realize you have to actually scroll *up* to get the ad to cover your whole screen so you can activate the close button.

I have also seen now on one or two websites where it has an auto-playing video advertisement and if I remember right you had to let it play to continue reading down.

GTA 5 is great for the multiplayer, but the single player experience is really lacking when compared to SA. Businesses cost way too much money and don't generate anything in return. Strangers and Freaks was fun but the other side content consists mostly of just going around collecting stuff... And I don't know why the hell they decided to forego adding vehicles in the singleplayer mode, that just makes no sense. They already patched it in for multiplayer.

It had good songs but I didn't find the radio as engaging either, and the world is really bland - one city, one freeway, one small town and one smaller town...

What's this about GTA and bad flying?

It basically uses Ace Combat's control set and the physics are surprisingly solid. Flying in GTA has always been great.

Controls are pretty wonky for SA on PC to be honest. Otherwise yeah the controls were fine imo.

Find an imported food store, you probably won't find one in a small country village but cities usually have them. You might also be able to just buy it online yourself.

I didn't know any details about the disaster nor am I familiar with how radioactive energy works but that entire first episode was so scary to me. I'm guessing everyone in that town dies? Why does Wikipedia say only 14 deaths?

The neighboring town was evacuated, some people remained. 14 people probably died as an immediate consequence of the accident but obviously far more people suffered from the radiological effects. They even set up entire medical programs in Ukraine afterwards - people born in the various exclusionary zones were granted certain medical privileges and are tracked to see if they feature any of the symptoms or signs of radiation poisoning.

I don't know about this miniseries, is it a documentary or a dramatization?
