For the past month i've added 1 hour and 30 mins of walking to my workout. I usually do a 1 hour workout indoors before going outside to walk. My question is. Is it better to walk/run before or after a workout? Or does it even matter?

So on my way home from work. I saw this guy in an suv pulled over. With 3 cop cars behind him. I think there was a K9 present too. I was able to see inside the suv. It just looked like a normal white guy with a hat on. Didn't seem like he was drunk. I was just thinking to myself. 3 cops for one guy? Isn't that a little much? I can umderstand some backup. But jeez 3 cop cars and a dog? <_<
