You miss out on some story elements by only having the two characters, but you get the max level super demon summons before leaving the tutorial island, and have so many goddamn totems. Have one of them go melee/summoner and the other magic summoner. You will completely steamroll the entire game. --- |

I loved all the ship-to-ship combat and trading and such involved, but all of the land missions were dull and repetitive.Unity was alright, Syndicate was fun but tired. You really should give origins a shot though tbqh, it's a stellar game and a whole different experience. Origins switched things up entirely. --- |

It doesn't bother me terribly much, but do wish they had named it something else regardless.We also don't know that this game isn't a continuation of the plot in some way yet, all we have is a teaser with the main enemy type revealed, that's it. It could be related. But it also doesn't matter, as many many many game sequels in history have had nothing or very little to do with their predecessors.
