I've actually liked some of his reviews. But yeah he's pretty clearly gone downhill, and his moderately recent review of The Wall the movie is possibly one of the worst things on the internet.

But I've liked some of his skit-based reviews, like his review of Mad Max was not that bad, his Phantom of the Opera thing was somewhat competent though terrible as a review.

It's easy to poke holes into his style though because it's just so flawed. Like he always takes the middle of the road, non-offensive approach to any movies that have a dissenting opinion amongst the masses, and most of his messages are like "it's flawed, but I still love it." Like no shit. Also he plays strawman far too often, like he would say something and then create some overly exaggerated representation of the internet and refute a really simplified and poorly justified argument from the strawman. Everybody is also written as if they agree with everything he says, even if they disagree. It's pretty bizarre.

I also quite like Malcolm and Tamara. I know Tamara has some haters because she is a bit of a feminist beneath the comical exterior. Malcolm has mostly been harmless and entertaining, though people call him out for being the token black guy. I don't see a problem with it tbh cuz most elaborate youtube productions are either all white or all black
