RDR2 should do okay. The overall field in GotD2 won't be that strong.

I saw on the stats tonight, going into this game Robin Lehner had a 946 save percentage. And is about to get swept! Because the Canes guys both have 950+

You dont have to be amazingly good to win, the caps won just last year.

Sounds like Mrazek will not be starting tomorrow for the canes. On the plus side, ferland and svech both practiced yesterday so they're close. I'd be fine with punting the first one at home if we get back to mostly full strength for the 2nd one

Usually, although nothing will ever top the 2016 up 3-1 with the best regular season ever dream team that cant put away lebron and Kevin love.

Every year lately all my friends are like "yay Raptors it's our year!" Then lebron completely sweeps us 4-0 with an inferior team.

This sounds right up my alley. I'm an avid NFL fan and reading the current state of these teams was a little weird. I'd take the Ravens or the Raiders if either are still available.

In other news, I'm checking some newer games' stats and:

Kingdom Hearts III is looking like the next FFXII in terms of strength and contest performance.
FFXIV: ARR has managed to stay relevant and it looks like it could perform well, but that isn't a GameFAQs type of game. Who knows, maybe it can beat FFXV within a 1v1 match.
Devil May Cry 5 was like: "Hey, did you know a new DMC game came out? Yeah, I somehow missed it as well", so it gives me this weird vibe it will not perform well.
Sekiro's hype died in a similar fashion as DMC5's but not as hard.
Mortal Kombat 11's reception really caught me off guard. I'm not sure if it would even make it in the field of another GotD. In fact, I don't know how the newer trilogy fares in terms of strength, but maybe MKX > MK9 >>> MK11.
REmake 2 may be the strongest entry since RE4.

So far from what I've seen.

Remake 2 might beat RE4 right now due to recency bias but after the dust settles it wont be RE4 in a contest.
