One that stands out for me is in TLJ right after Kylo kills Snoke. I think they could have played it better (should have just had Kylo make the one hand gesture instead of the repeated one, and didn't need to show the saber moving), but the musical sting when it happens, the look of absolute surprise on Snoke's face, and then the way that, just as Rey grabs her lightsaber, there's this suuuuuper-slow reprise of the Force Theme before it transitions into the battle music...chills, man.

Pretty much.

I made, literally made my mom sit down and watch Shepard Smith dismantle the entire "Uranium One conspiracy" story from last year. Maybe a ten minute segment, and when it was over, her only comment was "Well, that's not what Sean Hannity said." I gave up.

Seriously: This is about as dumb as someone who built their own house, sold it, then wonders why they can't live in the house. "But I built it!!"

No unsigned artist sells the rights to their music for that much. She signed what is probably a standard recording contract that granted the publishing rights to the label in exchange for them promoting her, etc. And now that she's left, they're being assholes and not even letting her perform them in media settings (on TV, etc).

Generally speaking, I will always support the artists over their labels.

The whole music business is so fucking corrupt and stacked against the artists that it takes most of them years to ever make money from their songs, that's why they tour so much and make merchandise.

I mean...it's a job. I've been there 20 years, didn't really see that happening, but it did. There's bullshit, but there's bullshit in any job. Depending on what you're doing, the work can either be hard or easy, but it can get kind of boring and repetitive, but in general it's not bad.

My favorite part is how he writes about a visit to Arlington National Cemetery made him think about all the sacrifices his family had to make after Daddy got elected.

I remember seeing one vet talk about police shootings once, and he said it was absolutely insane that when he was in Iraq, where there were individuals that he knew for a fact wanted him dead, he had tighter rules of engagement for using deadly force than cops in their own hometowns.

This, pretty much. It's a *little* weird because she came from a family of fighters and learned to fight from an early age (in addition to seeking out a strong husband) but, as we saw near the end of DB, she did kinda have different expectations so it didn't entirely come out of left field.

The were both raised differently. Gohan like a normal child, Goku almost like Tarzan.

Goku was acting the way he did from an early age and, as revealed in the first episode, was aggressive almost since birth. And Gohan was wimpier than the average kid.

Goku was aggressive because that's how all Saiyan babies are. His head injury knocked some wires loose and basically made him normal.

Steak and ground beef are two entirely different things.

The cooking problem remains.

If you don't cook something until it's done, you might get sick from it being contaminated. That's not a problem exclusive to beef.

I saw how they make JD on Unwrapped once, and it's pretty cool. The vats the raw whiskey drips through are like 15 feet high, and hand-packed with pine charcoal.

As it turned out, they had a problem when burning the wood. Anything they used as an accelerant ended up lending that taste to the whiskey, so they ended up just using JD itself as the accelerant. ^_^

I think he took the train to the future which is how he got it to fly. As for how he did that I have no idea. You kind of answered your own question on the flying part, though.

He DID go to the future for the hover tech. As he's getting ready to leave, Marty even asks him if he's going back to the future, and Doc replies "Nope! Already been there!" before activating the trains flying mode. The implication really couldn't be any clearer.

I've been playing for 26 years.

I have 3 guitars, but used to have 4. The 3 I still have are a no-name $75 pawn shop acoustic (my first one). A Fender Gemini acoustic, and an Epiphone S-310 strat copy. Acoustics I prefer 12 gauge GHS Bright Bronze, electric, I usually use regular Dean Markley 10-46. Used to have an Ibanez RG270, but sold it.

Only decent amp I have is a Univox Stage brand 100 watt bass combo. Damn thing is loud as fuck.
