To be fair, it's incredibly hard to get rid of someone from a website permanently.

Ban their account, they make a new one. Ban their ip, they get a dynamic ip, or connect through VPN/proxy. Plus you might end up banning public/shared ips.

Tag/ignore/block is pretty effective. If they keep their account at least you know who you're dealing with.

For Jews and Poles, Auschwitz has long been a source of antagonism, with each claiming it as a symbol of their own suffering under the Nazis during the war. More than three million non-Jewish Poles died during the war from starvation, disease, exhaustion or in Nazi death camps. More than six million Jews died.

We literally have 4k TVs, "ultra HD" and video files that can be 60 gb per movie, yet on Amazon the average HDD is just 4TB. We still don't even have a 1 petabyte hard drive. Not even a 500TB HDD yet! Heck I'd settle for 250TB at this rate. Which to me is amazing because I remember just over a decade ago, when I got my 250GB hard drive, I thought that was a staggering amount. It's just insane imo.

Commercially available hard drives are up to 14TB now, that's quite the increase from 250gigs ten years ago.

Larger capacity SSDs do exist (up to 100TB as far as I know), but they cost quite a bit more.

Just pointing out how your argument was flawed as you were claiming the files weren't on his hard drives.

For what it's worth, I doubt Jones can be in legal trouble just for being on the receiving end of emails with illegal content, assuming it was entirely unsolicited and nobody at Infowars ever opened those emails.

However he can be rightfully criticized for spreading data without reviewing the contents first. But more importantly, it's outright bizarre for him to rage against (and seemingly threaten) the lawyers for contacting the FBI. I mean what else are they supposed to do when they come across child porn on someones hard drive?

Hornezz

I'll gladly stop blocking ads when ads stop:

- Tracking the user's internet behavior.
- Hoarding the user's private information.
- Getting in the way of content.
- Autoplaying audio or video.
- Coin mining or other malicious scripts.
- Outright lying: click to claim your prize! Your pc might have malware so download our toolbar!
- Misdirecting: fake 'Download Here' buttons or 'Press X to close'. Worst offender I've seen was a mobile ad that had a fake smudge on your screen, tricking you into tapping it.
- Showing NSFW ads on an otherwise SFW page.
- Hogging way more bandwidth (and loading time) than the actual content.

Advertisers have ruined it for themselves with their crappy behavior. If ad blocking means the end for a lot of websites, so be it. I much rather pay a subscription fee than have to deal with all of the above.

Don't post any plot spoilers without using spoiler tags to hide the content. This means any critical plot details that don't get revealed until you're well into a game, or the results of a time-delayed show or event.

Actual spoilers should not be found within the topic title itself. Instead, use a vague title that does not contain the spoiler itself and give a warning that spoilers will be found in the post. For example, "Final boss battle help *SPOILERS*"
In a topic without a spoiler warning in the topic title, all spoilers relating to the main topic of discussion must be marked with spoiler tags. For example: "John dies at the end"
If you're posting plot spoilers for something that's not the main topic of discussion, explain exactly what you're spoiling before posting the tagged spoiler.
Posting spoilers intentionally with the sole purpose of ruining the game for others is the worst kind of trolling, and will generally get you banned.

The board rules say nothing about promotional material. And even if they did, surely it should refer to promotional material of the movie that you're spoiling, NOT its sequel.
