Theon survives. - Jaime (being dead) never rings the bells in Kings Landing, Cersei refuses to surrender. - Dany still razes the city. - It's Theon who kills Euron instead of Jaime. - The Hound and Arya say goodbye, he runs into the Mountain and as they fight, Cersei and a remaining Queensguard escape. - While evacuating Cersei runs into Qyburn, he stabs both the guard and her. Pulls off his face and reveals Arya, crossing off the last name off her list and effectively ending the war. - Every thing else still happens, but in the last scene it's shown how Bran orchestrated it all by driving Dany mad. He's gained a few pounds since we've last seen him. Sam sighs and thinks back on the epic dream he just had. Inspired, he jumps out of bed and grabs his glasses from the nightstand. We will lay waste to armies and burn cities to the ground." Her motivations to conquer Westeros were never noble, it's always been entitlement and lust for power.
