Guy went from a largely vegan diet and solid exercise regimen to McDs and purposefully did not exercise or even walk all that much. Guy didn't set out to perform an objective study. He embellished for the most dramatic results. His TV show 30 days was also a complete joke. It was just his stupid 30 days gimmick with other issues making for terrible experiments. Still, I've always found Super Size Me very entertaining and I still watch it once every year or two.
