It was probably about 80-100 per person. The AirBnB? Allegedly, 20 bucks a night. I don't know, my wife set all this up. Transit will probably cost me about 30 to 40 when all is said and done, but I don't plan on going many places. Food? My first priority after I get some sleep is to find a grocery store and stock up on cheap ass food so I don't have to eat out much. Might grab a beef bowl here and there since those are less than five bucks and they give you a lot of food for the price. The total? I don't want to think about the total. This is actually, an over-all very stressful chapter in my life, and the less I worry about the particulars, the better I'll be at getting through it, lol. --- |

AirBnB won't let me check in until 4PM. I've had two hours of sleep. I'm currently on my own because something came up and the wife needed to delay coming for a few days. I really don't like traveling in Japan. I dunno, tbh even Seoul wasn't this bad for my anxiety. And this is only Osaka, not even a big boy city like Tokyo. I can't explain what about this place does me in like this. >_> My wife? She's the traveler. She likes going places, and as long as she's leading the way, I don't mind following. Me? I don't want to do a lot of traveling. I want to sit in a cafe and read books or write hacky fiction. But most importantly, in this moment, I want to fucking sleep lol. I want to get to my room, and go right the fuck to sleep. I don't want to wake up until 8AM tomorrow morning. Travelling just exhausts me. You go around at a breakneck speed, checking everything off on a fucking list like you're buying groceries, like, are you even really enjoying the place at that point? That's not me. Maybe one or two big things, and let me spend the rest of the time chilling in the local area next to my hotel. Luckily, that's what's happening now. We've got some errands to run that we can only run in Japan (long story), and after that errand, all i have to do is sit in my room with some weird Japanese TV show on in the background while i try to type up this story I've been working on. But before any of that, I need to get to my room. And today has been absolutely exhausting, and I haven't even done anything. I guess what I'm trying to say is, I really hate traveling lol. --- |
