The severity of the withdrawal is a valid point. But it doesn't negate that pot is an addictive drug. And pretending it's not because it's withdrawals are on different level of other recreational drugs is just as dishonest and irresponsible as a dealer giving someone a "free sample" of a drug because they know they'll be coming back for more.
