As a man there's no incentive to NOT be a NEET in current society

Apart from survival of course. What do we need full time jobs for? The traditional family seems to be dying now and to be honest I don't want kids and I will never get married due to trust issues with local women from bad relationships, so where the hell is the incentive for me to slave away and work hard? A mans role used to be to provide for his family, that's what made him get up in the morning and get his ass to work... He had a purpose. Now that's basically gone, people work hard just to get better technology, better homes, better cars, more vacations etc. I don't need any of that bullshit because I see right through it, it's an attempt at filling the void in your life, a complete lack of purpose. I probably could get myself a full time job and get somewhere in life if I really tried, but the logical part of my brain asks what the fucks the point.

Sorry for the rant but my brain just can't logically find a way around this problem, the only solution is to work part time and live frugally or don't work at all since finding a job you actually enjoy is out of the equation for 99% of people.

I didn't take breaks because thirty minutes of downtime killed my drive to do anything else. I'd end up feeling lazy and slow for the rest of the day. If I worked straight through I could maintain a steady pace and the day was over before I knew it.

There weren't any additional sanctions until Iran started attacking tankers, drones etc. The US chose not to extend waivers on sanctions for Iran. Iran's hostilities go way back further than this.

This isn't the first time "targeted sanctions" have been used. They don't work either.

So you're saying either a) the sanctions are symbolic and do nothing in real life and are a waste of everyone's time or b)they do stuff but they'll just let the country crumble to dust under them while the leaders take the leftover scraps

Imagine going to war over an unmanned spy aircraft being shot down.

It's Iran starting the war. The USA would use retaliatory strikes on Iran for shooting down $100,000,000+ drones in unprovoked attacks. What other options to they have other than let Iran trample all over them? Then Iran would likely escalate from that point.
