I could never watch Scrubs because I hate JD. He's one of the annoying dark haired sitcom protagonists, along with Ted Mosby and Leonard Whatever.

The show makes more sense, from series 3 on, if you believe JD is in a coma and everything that happens is all a dream. A coma he never wakes from.

It's nice to have worldly interests, but the moment you start a family your world shrinks. It's just the nature of having small, weak, and defenseless lifeforms depending on you for survival. Work-friends are nice to have, but don't make work your primary friend recruitment pool.

You can buy anything online. Houses not so much, since there is a week or so worth of legalities to process. You could lodge an expression of interest. But it's not an instant add to cart kind of deal. Cars, maybe. You can buy Tesla's online. Here in Australia that's 100k easy. I would say maybe a million, perhaps two.
